In her previous role as the Senior Director of Resident Services at Community HousingWorks, Lakeysha led the department with a focus on strategic growth and operational excellence, overseeing programming and data alignment for a portfolio serving over 12,000 residents. She is a recognized expert in developing comprehensive strategies that target resident retention and community engagement, with a proven track record of serving diverse populations across California—including seniors, youth, and individuals with special needs.
Lakeysha’s leadership was instrumental in identifying and securing key partnerships for specialized case management, particularly for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) populations. By leveraging deep-rooted relationships with community-based organizations and county resources, she ensures residents have access to sustainable support systems.
